The birth of the concept Hoverpod was one to which was more through miss fortune for one person, than sheer inspiration by myself.
My History or CV covers a long and well documented background in Investment Banking, starting with the cream on the cake J Henry Schroder and after many years eventually moving to Abbingdon Trust & Oxford LLC in Nevada USA.
Whilst representing a private placement client in Montana USA back in 1995, I was aware that a local person had fallen through the ice on a local lake and drowned. It was the basic method of rescue that shocked me and in the modern age there really is no safe method of rescue on ice. Helicopters don't work as they simply create down draft and the victim simply goes under the ice, the really effective method of Hoverpod does work, as it creates it's own safety zone and quickly hovers over almost every surface. As such, you have a platform which is totally safe and travels at high speed, is able to sit safely on either ice or water and return safely to shore after rescue at incident.
I spent several years seeking out a supplier of Hoverpod, and quickly found that the problem was lack of investment and as such relatively few manufacturers, of which most were basically home built or DIY versions. The others were not suitable as they were either leisure craft, too big or in one well known case "Had a really bad track record of failure".
As such, I with a Banking background had access to Investors to whom we would attract a sufficient interest to create a World Beating Product. The only stipulation being, use the finest technology available, the best powerplant with a proven track record and the Best of the Best to design the product.
It's take some 3 years to get from zero to hero, but I am now proud to say we are their. I am also even prouder to say the very best is yet to come and the Worlds Finest Hoverpodhas finally arrived.
